This post marks the release of our second module for our Introduction to Sports Analytics course. In this module, we'll focus on the common data types in sports analytics.
Introduction to Sports Analytics

As a paying member, you have access to both our free and premium content, which includes our new online course: Introduction to Sports Analytics. This course focuses on the more technical and analytical aspects of sports analytics and will include 15 modules on a variety of key topics.

We recently published Module 1 and are now releasing our second module, Overview of Data Types. This new module covers the common data types you'll find in sports analytics and the different types of analyses you can build with them.

We'll cover hockey as one of the sports, but will also include other sports such as basketball, soccer, and baseball.

We'll be publishing more modules in the near future, which cover topics such as:

  • Different types of analyses and visualizations
